Tropical Malawi Chips are multi-ingredient, slowly sinking 1.5mm chips formulated for Malawi cichlids of the Mbuna group and other herbivorous and omnivorous cichlids. The diversified plant-based recipe ensures excellent condition and splendid colouration. Chips are sized and shaped to fit cichlid mouths for natural feeding behaviour. Fibre and nettle regulate digestion; spirulina and green pea provide plant protein; kelp algae (Ascophyllum nodosum) improves immunity and provides iodine; wheat germs supply fatty acids; and L-carnitine supports fat metabolism.
